RPS13 Kouki black tops in 96-98

Same output as the earlier RPS13 Redtop but with a little bit different wiring structure in 97-98.

For comparison ... my redtop outputs 205 hp / 203 lb. ft. of torque @ 7psi using a T25

Correct... it has no VVT, like I said it's basically the redtop just with a different color valve cover.
